My double trouble update ;)

I just realized BOTH of my chams were sort of "rescues" but Monty doesn't really count since I didn't really KNOW there was much wrong with him.

Got Monty with advanced MBD in two arms, a tiny, crooked casque, and he was very afraid of me and grumpy.

Today was the FIRST TIME EVER he came out on my hand EXCITEDLY without me bribing him or leaving the cage open. He just wanted out on my hand :)

And little Braveheart, being not-so-brave when the misting lady comes...

Just a quick update for my boys :)

These are great! Good job on the rescues! They both look sooo healthy :)

Monty still has a bit of MBD and still sort of "sulks" when he walks on my hand (weakly walks) but is doing GREAT lately.

Little Brave Heart is even bonding with my father who feeds him with tweezers. Lol. Both of them are comfortable around dad as much as they are around me which is good.

My veiled is a "rescue" as well. I got him from a pretty bad place... The owners of the place had 25 watts too many, severely burning burn in many places, and had once pinched his fingers and tail in his enclosure, so now he is missing his tail tip, and 3 fingers on his front right hand. I couldn't resist, not to mention since he was so gnarled up anyways they gave me a great deal on him. He was about a year old when I bought him, he too had MBS. Its really hard to cure in veileds, but my Rango Star has gotten over his. I think its the casque while they're growing. Prolly requires a lot of calcium I'd imagine.

If little braveheart is ever sold he will need to come live with me or my sister. I already love him.

Oh goodness, I've got people tearing me to pieces over the little guy :D If I do sell him I'm not making any promises to anyone but he will go to a good home (most likely someone on the forum though).

My chameleon's arms are noticeably better than when we got him. Also I did notice when we got him a couple ribs were sort of poking out. Kind of looked sort of broken (I'd imagine they were, because the way the petco employee grabbed him..).

I'm glad little Rango's doing better
