my chameleon wont eat when i get home PLEASE HELP

my chameleon won't eat when i get home and i have no time to feed him in the morning. I leave for work around 530 and don't get back home till around 6 and by that time she never want's to eat no matter what i try. I feed her well on the weekends. she use to be fine eating after i got home from work but for the last couple weeks it has been a hit or miss kinda deal. she live in a 60 inc mesh cage. DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY TRICKS OR ADVICE THEY CAN GIVE I DONT WANT HER TO DIE PLEASE HELP

Why don't you put a few crickets or silkworms or other feeders in the cage before you leave for work?
Just make sure that your feeders have been gutloaded with nutritious food and leave a fresh piece of potato or carrot in the cage for them to chew on, so they won't be so tempted to nibble on your cham.

ill try that but wont they eat trough my cage is not the metal on

You could make a feed holder out of a plastic milk bottle. Cut the front out and put some covered mesh at the back. The crickets can't get out. Make sure you put holes in the bottom so the crickets don't drown when misting . It's best to feed in morning as it lets them digest them at basking temps?

Yes your chameleon needs to eat in the early part of the day. They need 4-6 hours to digest their food and need to bask to digest. There are lots of DIY feeder cup. I'll try to link some.
