My chameleon is almost 4 months old and he wont eat crickets how long should I not give him mealworms and only give him crickets?

At four months old, your chameleon can still be offered a variety of feeders, size appropriate of course. (Smaller that the width between the eyes). Mealworms aren't great for chameleons and should not be fed very often. If your chameleon is refusing crickets you can try other feeders. Dubia roaches are a great alternative to crickets, that is if your chameleon like them and you are up to it......;) I use the nymphs. My chameleon also likes pheonix worms a lot. Baby superworms and hornworms on occasion are also good. I have yet to try silkworms, but I hear that they are an excellent feeder.
