My chameleon might be egg bound

I have a female velied chameleon. About 9 days ago she dug 3 holes. She then stopped digging and and hasn’t since. She is eating but not as regular as she normally would. She is pacing up and down her enclosure and keeps scratching around the walls. Her belly is really bloated and at the bottom of her belly near her back legs we can see egg shapes. Is there anything I can do to help her? We went to a reptile shop and asked for advice and we got told to leave her and to wait a couple of weeks.

Did she see you watching her while she was digging?
What substrate is she digging in? Is it soil...sand...????
