Forgot to add, if you are able to collect a fresh poo to have a fecal done for parasites, I strongly suggest it to be done.

Op found a vet and will be taking her girl in for 4pm today .Hi. This may help you if needed to find a reptile vet in your area. Do keep in mind that not all are very experienced and knowledgeable about chameleons. Personally, I would take her sooner than later. Infections can spread throughout the body - called sepsis- and can be fatal. While your enclosure is beautiful, with all kindness I have to say very little about it is proper or correct for a chameleon. If your girl has had poor husbandry, she is less likely to be able to fight off infection and other problems. We can most definitely help get all of your husbandry corrected but first you need to have her wound taken care of. https://arav.site-ym.com/search/custom.asp?id=3661
They need adequate heat to digest properly . Basking has a lot to do with digestion .On that note. How do they digest horn worms and stuff like that?
No it’s not I’m happy she can see a vet today . Praying for her and you . What is her name so I stop calling her , her ?.She is still sleeping, which I know isn’t a good sign.
Beautiful name !.Her name is Ivy
Amen loveHopefully she will pull through... I am a firm believer in never waiting for Vet care. You did the right thing taking her in now and not waiting any longer.
Sending the healing vibes your way. So very glad you didn’t wait to take her to the vet. Please do keep us posted on how she’s doing and when ready, the forum will help you get your husbandry corrected. ?Thank y’all so much!! Please say a prayer and hope for the best.
