my chameleon ate a wild fly?

is this ok? she ate just one. people say they have pesticides but what do they do in the wild when they eat them?

Your Chameleon should be just fine. Consider it an "organic" treat....It's true that you shouldn't collect and feed insects to your chameleon that are believed to be tainted with pesticides, one fly should hopefully be ok.
