My Cham is a jerk.

It has been almost two weeks since Reptar has been out of his cage. I moved him into his adult cage and now he really hates leaving. I miss holding him... He's growing up too fast. Good thing I have my 1 year old son who still likes being held lol.

Reptar was my first chameleons name! I love that name.

He may be getting used to his new cage. I know mine was really hesitant when I moved him. You could try placing a plant/branch/vine near the front of his cage when opened to see if he comes out on his own. They're very territorial.

I recently placed a vine into my chameleons cage and ran it to the ceiling above the cage so my girl can come out.. now every morning she comes to the front of the cage and waits for me to make the vine available to her so she can come out.. its my make shift free range.. anyways when she comes to the front of the cage ill make a bridge with my hand and she will climb onto my hand on her own to make it to her free range.. since ive been doing this she has become very interested in exploring everything!
