Can you fill out the how to ask for help forum here? Just copy and past the post here and fill it out. Can you also post some close up pictures of your cham?

Probably dehidraded with the lack of leaves and your lights are up too high should be on top of cage, fill out the help sheet in the comment above

From the looks of things you need to see a vet that specializes in reptiles immediately. Tough to tell from the pictures, but he seems very dehydrated and beyond a quick fix. You can try misting a bit more to try to stimulate drinking. Your setup will need some work too, but he looks like he needs attention now.

I agree that this cham is most likely in very serious trouble, extremely dehydrated and based on how it was cared for, it could have been sick before you got him. We don't know how high or low the cage lights should be placed because we don't know what brands of lights you have and what the cage temps are.

If you can't take him to a herp vet immediately, at least you can work on rehydrating him by

1. Add a large live plant such as a Pothos or schefflera to the cage.
2. Mist the cage several times a day until everything is dripping wet.
3. start measuring the humidity level with a good electronic humidity gauge.
4. double check your care information....check the caresheets under the Resources tab for really good info about all aspects of cham care.

You may have to give him some rehydration fluids (such as Pedialyte) to get some water, electrolytes, and calories into him. Dehydrated chams won't usually eat which just adds to the problems.

By looking at ur pics,ur light is not even on in the day time, how is ur cham supposed to get heat n uvb from?is ur room temperature too hot so u shut ur light off? He is in trouble on the floor,I highly recommend take the cham to the chameleon specialist vet,n fix all the set up in ur cage before its too late, good luck to ur cham.
