my Baby Sambava male from Kilgour Chameleons

Picked me up a beautiful baby Sambava male from Kilgour chamelenons the other day, and figured I would show him off here. he is only about 2 months old but I already see alot of pattern on him. At times you can almost see some red in his markings, and flicks of yellow on his body.

He is eating like a champ and doing well. I had an oppertunity to get him out of his tree today and get a couple shots...here it goes...

Yes he does! I could not be happier with my lil guy! I cant wait for him to grow a little more, so I can start to see how his colors are going to turn out.

Yeah I liked him a lot, as well as his setups. The guy definitely knows what he's doing. I actually live south of Cincinnati and he is just north of it, so I had the great opportunity to pick my Sambava out in person. Let me tell you....this little guy eats all friggin day! I have a small/medium schefferella tree in his screen enclosure, that I brought in from outside. So between the small crickets, fruit flies, and the insects that were living on the leaves of the tree and in the dirt (I don't touch pesticides, I believe there is a natural solution to any pest problem) he hs been chowing non stop! being how he is still a baby, and I am slightly OCD I make sure all commodities are provided, including a lot of water. I drip and spray multiple times daily, but never really see him drink.

I just received a sambava male from Kammers. He was a first pick male from Cortez. He is huge for a 2 1/2 month old and is showing a little color already :)

Cortez is awesome as well. Looks like a box of crayola. I am sure he will be a nice looking boy. Sounds about the same age, I would love to see pics of him.

Figured I would give an update on Disco...He is getting big, and seems healthy at 4 1/2 months. at times it seems as if he may even have a little bit of a gut....enjoy

Wow, your cham put on some size. Great job, he is going to be a freak'n stud and it looks like he has a lot of orange.

I was wondering how your Sambava is doin? Do you have any recent pics of him? I bet he is getting huge

[QUOTE= I drip and spray multiple times daily, but never really see him drink.

I have a little Sam-Ambi cross thats just a tadd bigger....He was that size when I got him 2 weeks ago. My little guy eats like a pig too. BUT..... ive only seen him drink once,,,, That was minutes out of his shipping box.... His cage gets misted every 3 hrs & has a drip that runs all day... Figure he must be getting enough moisture from his feeders that are well gut loaded & Hydrated.... But sometimes when he walks it looks like he's tasting the branches when there are leaves next to him that have drops on them. He looks and acts fine otherwise. He is growing like a weed too. I really dont wanna put him in the shower....... My water here smells like chlorine to the max..... He gets R. O. filtered water from the drip & mist system. My little guys name is Ernie... You can see him in the "Meet Ernie" Thread. Your little guy looks just like him:D Dave
I see you posted more recient pics while I was writing this..... your guy is quite a bit bigger than Ernie.... He's only a bit bigger than your first pics
