My 4 week old veileds

Since there have been a lot of postings of babies here lately, I thought I wanted to show you my babies. Like I have mentioned, I am trying to breed for yellow veileds and I have some pretty good ones. However, they are only 4 weeks old you and you really can't know what they are going to turn out as until minimum 4 months, usually 6. Anyway, hope you like my pics. I was cleaning cages so they were resting in their holding area.

Oh, so cute and so tiny. I wish I could get my babies (what I have left) back tiny again. Some of them do seem to have the lighter yellow color.

I think we all have baby fever right now!! It is wonderful seeing all the new cham babies being born out there! Yours look great!

I have Sire and dame pictures someplace. With this new computer it takes me forever to find my old stuff.

Very adorable, but i think the eye on the first picture looks a little sunken in. Very precious pictures though.

Not so much. The angle if the pic along with the rotation of the eye, make appear as though it is sunken in. Also, remember, that at this age they are somewhat dis-proportioned. She'll grow into her head soon enough:D.

Hey Bocajan. Im glad to see someone is trying to do what I am trying, which is to get and breed yellow veileds. Im trying to get yellows and blues. Though I havnt bought any new veileds to start it. My current veileds I think are done with breeding, the female is 4 years and I would say she wont be able to take on another clutch. My male veiled unfortunetly had mbd. So I was thinking maybe you and I could talk about this? Such as what will your method be to achieve the colours? I live in S.A so no need to worry about me being competition. :D LOL. And your baby veileds look great, why dont you post pics of their dad? Kind regards - Tyrone

Chamtrainer - I think anyone who has raised babies know that their eyes are all over the place. They are pooping well and their urages are white, what else can I say except thank you for your comment.
