My 2 chameleon an Ambanja and Sambava

here are my two little girls will i think they are girls but i am not sure. that is why i am asking. thank you for looking and telling me what you think..

I think the first one is a male, second one female, but that is just my opinion.

the first one has that little bulge before the tail starts and that would suggest a male. Sometimes it is hard to tell when they are young though. You cannot go by coloring when they are that young.

personally the first pics is a female.

second pic..the colors and pattern kinda throwing me off..some pics i think i see a slight buldg but other i dont. my guess is....i need another pic! get me one with the tail straight out and from the side,. guessing it is a female also but i need another pics to be sure.

you are probably right! I was so torn over even answering. It is hard when they are young. I still think the second one is female though.

haha the ole' male or female thing, lol..they look like lil girls..except the one is really colorful for one..but carol is a master..hopefully shes right and you have a pair..

Both look female to me. The first one does show a slight bulge but I think its the way the cham is sitting on his hand. Causing the slight bulge we see. I'd like to see a better side shot to confirm its a girl. The tail is uniform so thats why I say both are females.

lol! not even close! That is one thing I am NOT good at! I just don't think you can go by colors too much when they are little. It is hard to say!

lol! not even close! That is one thing I am NOT good at! I just don't think you can go by colors too much when they are little. It is hard to say!

ya when i went to get lil gixxer, he was a hard one to spot..i had to use it all, coloration, size compared to the others, placement in cage compared(he was the tallest on the basking point) and ofcourse the small "space" where it would fill in with a buldge..usually when i see more than 4 colors at once and the base of the tail isint totally skinny..its one...but they can always trick you..had one that i could swaer was female till the buldge was huge, color waited like 6 months before i even saw a lil green..weird..

hahaha..you are still a master in my eyes!

i must be getting better at it cause with those good pics you can easily see..i think his pics and guidlines are what helped me learn to spot my male from LLL reptile..it was hard but did it first try! stoked!
