Multiple species in one cage?

I have an extra ZooMed small reptibreeze (16x16x20) that I have about 20 hissing roaches in. Is it possible to have multiple species of roaches in there? I was thinking of adding another type of roach in there if its possible.

I have another container of lobsters that I am really debating on getting rid of because they always tend to escape into the chameleon's cage and bury into and under the plants.

I am interested in dubias and green banana roaches.

Thanks for the advice!

i have read that some people keep dubias and hissers together without a problem, so i would think that it is okay to keep other roach species together. why do you keep them in a reptibrezee, just asking.:)

I keep dubias and hissers together in a colony and both species are doing great. I like the color on the green banana roaches and might try them in the future.

Thanks for the replies.

Well I had purchased the reptibreeze off Craigslist for 20 bucks for my chameleon when I first purchased him. Now it was just sort of taking up space so I threw the hissers in there instead of using a bulky storage box.

The idea of just one box of many types of roaches is more appealing than having several. I already have one for crickets and lobsters.

I really am tempted to get some green banana roaches but keep reading mixed reviews about them and their lack of meat and slow growth rates. Plus the need for clean up crews and what not.

I wish these hissers would hurry up and make some babies!
