multiple clutches from one mating in Jackson's

I understand that Jackson's can have multiple clutches (is that the right word even though its ovoviparous?). My question is how common is this and, if it happens, is the gestation time shorter then the first clutch? In other words, while embryos are forming and about to be laid are there other embryos beginning to be formed at the same time?

I hope that doesnt sound too confusing.

Thanks for your time!

Yes they can, I'm not sure how common it is and I believe it is much shorter - about 3 months? I have a pregnant female. She had her first batch in July, I believe (before I got her) and she should be dropping another batch anytime from the looks of her.
