Mucus in poop

My 4 months old chameleon just did a poop, but before it came out there was a load (quite a large amount) of mucusy stuff...

Everything else looked ok, chocolate brown poop and white urate.

This anything to be worried about?

I recommend having a fecal float done and a direct smear. My panther had poops like this and with the direct smear my vet found a bacteria called spirochetes. He was treated for a couple weeks and then we waited another week and the fecal and smear was repeated to make sure the bacteria was gone.
