Mr.Mittens eyes are popping out

My veiled chameleon, Mr.Mittens, his eyes were popping out and he wasn't putting them back I am worried it might be something bad and I was wondering if it's okay or not? and a week ago i went to the vet with a bump from when he fell, and it turned out it was only filled with blood and not infected but i was worried that this might have caused whats going on with his eyes. The bump hasn't gone away too.

It looks like he could have a sinus infection that is affecting his eyes. It's time for a vet visit unfortunately.

When he has a sinus infection do they stay puffed up like that the whole time? because they went down but there still a little swollen.

Your bulbs UVB may be to strong and causing irritation. Also are you using a standard mist system, dropper, fogger?

We need information about your general husbandry and pictures of your enclosure. By filling out the how to ask for help, that should really help us help you.

Also he has a bent casque on his head. He may have mild metabolic bone disease.

You need to make sure you have a new UVB bulb and a proper basking bulb. You are supplementing win calcium, vitamins, and d3. And make sure you are gut loading your crickets and other feeders with bug burger, cricket crack, or something of the sort along with fresh vegetables like kale, bee pollen, alfalfa and so one.

As already sated he needs a vet visit, but on top of that you need to make sure your husbandry is correct otherwise the vet visit will be in vein.

Sorry for the wait I have school. I took pictures of some of the lights so you have an idea what's in there and I always have trouble coming up with a schedule to dust my crickets, and how to gut load them.

Your Chameleon - Male, Veiled Chameleon, It's about 2 years old. I have had it since it was young.
Handling - I handle him maybe once a day, and I take him outside sometimes too.
Feeding - I feed him crickets, at least 6 or 7 everyday.
Supplements - I use Rep - Cal multivitamin and calcium with D3, and zoomed repti calcium without D3, I try to dust them at least once a week.
Watering - I use a misting bottle to spray him at least 2 or 3 times a day for 10 - 15 seconds. I see him drink usually every time I mist him.
Fecal Description - they look pretty normal and are solid and consistant.
History - A week or two ago he fell and a space formed between his skin that filled with blood and I took him to the vet and they suck the blood out and checked it for parasites and it was clean. They said it would be fine and it would go away eventually, I am not sure if it matters or not.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - My cage is way to small for him and I have to upgrade but it's a 18X18X24 glass cage with a screen top.
Lighting - I have a zoo med 75 watt basking bulb with a zoo med repti sun 5.0 UVB in a dual dome fixture. My lights turn on at 8:00 and stay on for 12 hours and turn off at 8:00.
Temperature - Near the hot spot it's about 80 - 90 and near the floor it's about 65 - 75. The lowest temp at night is about 55 - 60. I have a zoo med digital thermometer.
Humidity - My humidity levels are about 65 - 70% and I keep them up by daily misting. I need to buy a new humidity gauge because I had the cheap one that broke.
Plants - I have tarted pot his before but they always die so now I have fake plants wrapped around a stick
Placement - My cage is in my computer room in a semi high traffic area about 2 feet away from the window that allows natural light in the morning.The bottom of the cage is 2 feet off the ground and the top is 4 feet off.
Location - I am located in central New Jersey.

Current Problem - I am concerned about his eyes are swollen and sometimes they are completely popping out.

Make sure that you upgrade that cage as soon as possible. As you said it is WAY to small for him. You also need A LOT more plants, branches, and walkways for him. He needs more places to hide to feel comfortable and healthy.

Make sure you are changing his UVB bulb every 6 months at the most. The bulb will still light up, but will no longer produce enough UV for him after that.

You should be dusting your feeders everyday with the calcium w/o D3, and twice a month with the calcium with D3 and the multivitamin.

Also, you do not need to keep the humidity at 65-70% for a veiled. Too much humidity for extended periods can lead to respiratory problems and illness. Aim for 30-40% with spikes going higher after misting. The eye bulge may be related to the humidity being so high. It is fairly common for veiled chameleons to develop sinus infections. He should be taken to the vet. They will probably drain the sinuses and give some antibiotics to help the infection clear up.

I hope that he gets better soon. Make a few simple changes (number one being a bigger cage) and he will be much better for it.
