Hi I just got my baby male veiled and when i bought him i didnt have a cage for him so my friend offered to put him in one of his empty cages for about a week. I recently got a cage for him and i put him in there with some crickets, he has been in the cage with them for about 4 or 5 hours and still hasn't eaten them could this be because of the new habitat? thanks for any help!

he is probably just a little stressed out and getting used to his environment. Don't freak out too much about it. I have read on here where chams did not eat for days when they were first put into a new enclosure. just give him some space and time to adjust. He should be fine. On another note, what are you cage temps? Sometimes if it is too hot, they may not eat if the temps are not right. just a thought....

thank you very much for the reply that was what i was guessing but was really sure i think he is starting to get em :)
