Hello,
I am here before taking the step of going to the vet. Below are attached pictures of my chameleon, who is two years old. I also am nervous of his legs being a little fat, which could be a sign of MBD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Current Problem - Weird scab on mouth, also possible signs of MBD

Chameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - veiled chameleon, male, 2 years 5 months.
- Handling - once or not at all every week or two. Comes out the cage twice a week
- Feeding - Parsley, crickets,horn worms, super worms. hornworms are treats, 5 crickets every other day day with a super worm or two, a veggie once or twice a week. feeding crickets every day, trying to go for a hornworm every two weeks, fruits and fluckers gutload.
- Supplements - everyday dusting with calcium no d3, twice a month with multivitamin.
- Watering - repti mister every hour for 45 seconds
- Fecal Description - Regular droppings, sometimes a little yellow (working on fixing that).
- History - Surgery at ~8 months old to remove a tumor, full recovery. Probably due for a vet visit
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - it is a screen cage. 18x18x36 inches (Length, width, hieght) (upgrading soon to a custom 30x20x50 screen cage)
- Lighting - normal bask light, reptisun 5.0 hood
- Temperature - 80-85*. 73f* lowest overnight temp. digital temp. thermostat, mesuring top, and bottom.
- Humidity - usually ~60%
- Plants - Schefflera main center plant, with vines for horizontal action
- Placement - corner of the room
- Location - Virginia, eastern america.
