Moths on plants

So yesterday I found a tiny centipede looking thing on my leg which made me think the pothos and umbrella plant in my enclosure is where they came from. This morning I looked under the plant pots and saw one tiny moth and another that flew off of the pothos plant. I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences with insects coming from plants purchased and how the got rid of them? I was thinking either re potting them or submerging the pots in water to drown if there's any. I really don't want to repot because it is pretty cold outside rn and I feel like it would maybe kill the plants. Any and all advice welcome.
Thanks!

Could they be white flies? They infest plants and leave a white film on the bottom of leaves. They can be difficult to get rid of. They really like hibiscus.

They could be but they look more of a grey color. I haven't seen them since but are they harmful to a chameleon? How can I get rid of them Without having to get new plants?

I don't have any hibiscus in my enclosure, also I don't see any white film on the underside of leaves but there is one leaf that has gotten really white on the pothos but I just thought it was normal. I can post a picture of the leaf later and look for the insects again for a better inspection.
