I'm no expert, but I don't think they will lay a clutch of 80. Your thinking iguanas. Anyways, I don't believe they would take them to sell, only to put them up for adoption. But, don't take my word for it.
To my understanding Petco or petsmart will not take them because they have their own breeders and they dont want to get there stock sick from other breeders (although some of thier animals get sick anyway). If you want to donate them you could give them to exotic pet shops. Also i dont think veiled lay that many eggs if they did that would be extremely large clutch.
even if they were to take them, that is the last place I would ever give any chameleon, baby or adult to. 99% of those stores do not know what they are doing and will end up killing them or causing them illness before they are sold.
