Hi all,

Need some help and advise. My Nosey Be laid 23 eggs on the first batch on 7/4/12 and they seam to be doing fine, they are white color.

She laid another clutch with 37 eggs on 8/4/12 but this clutch has white "MOLD" now and the eggs have turned yellow, are they still good?

If they start to smell, they are not good anymore for sure...in my experience.

i will remove the good ones. So if the container already smells and are molded and the egg is brown, should i take them out or leave them in until they sink in?

It will never hurt just to keep them around and let them decompose to be sure they are not good.

What are you incubating them in? Is it vermiculite? Perilyte? Sand? Dirt? It could be what you are incubating them in that could be causing the mold. Sand and dirt/soil can cause mold. To much moisture can cause mold.
