mistking timer issue

First thing I would ask is if it's set right.

Make sure it's set for all days of the week, not just one.
Make sure the ON and OFF times match up the way you want for each program (1 through 8). ie ON at 9:00:00 am : OFF at 9:01:30 am
Make sure the time is right for AM or PM on the clock.
Make sure it is set to AUTO...not ON, not OFF.

Yup. It's on auto Monday through Sunday. I had it like this for awhile and it worked fine. Just stopped recently.

It depends on exactly how it's not working and how old it is.
The first thing to know is that a reset only occurs if you push the tiny reset button in and hold it in for 30 seconds.
Make sure it is then set correctly:

If the Mistking isn't coming on when it's supposed to, first make sure that the outlet that the timer is plugged into is working by plugging a lamp into the outlet.
Remember, if the outlet has no electricity, the Mistking timer will still display everything because of it having a battery backup.
If a lamp lights in that outlet, plug the Mistking plug into the same outlet and see if it works.

If none of these things fixes it, send a message to Marty.

Ok I didn't hold the reset button for a full 30 seconds so ill try that. I bought my kit in September so it's not old. I also had problems with my pump and Marty sent me a replacement. I feel like I just picked a lemon kit.
