MistKing timer failures

Has anyone else had problems with the MistKing timers failing? I had one fail and they sent me a replacement with the second system I ordered and both of the new ones have failed. Two of the relays are locked open and the other one is locked close.

i have only had mine for a few weeks and no problems yet (knock on wood). It could be shorting out due to, too may things plugged in to the same outlet? Also if their is a lot of humidity in the air it could be finding its way in to the timer.

They are on separate circuits and the only thing on them is the MistKing pump.

Be sure to check the mode the timer is in. I know our timer can get 'locked' on if it isn't switched into an auto on/off mode.
