Mistking system questions

Just picked up my mistking system. A few questions:
how much water does it use to mist for a total of about 5 minutes a day?
Also,
I only bought 1 nozzle. Is that going to work for a 2x2x4' screencage?
Any suggestions before I set it up tmorrow. Any advice would be cool. Thanks.

sorry, i cant help you with an exact amount but I can tell you that it does not use that much water. I put about 6 to 8L of distilled water in the pail approx every 3 weeks to a month , and I am running two nozzles for the same size cage for approx 6 minutes a day but one nozzle would likely be sufficient. It is a very easy system to install and you should not have any problems. I dont have a drainage tray so I find 1 minute misitings to work best to soak everything but not pool water at the bottom of the enclosure.

Thanks for the info. I just picked up a drainage tray from LLL reptile. Seems like it will work nicely. My cage is not from LLL but the tray will fit any cage that is 2x2x4.

Don't have a clue how you're going through so little water.
I go through about 5 gallons a week.
I am misting 4 cages though, but I shouldn't be going through 4x the amount of water with similar misting times.

Nozzle spray is very fine and it will disperse the mist throughout the whole cage, making the immediate area around the nozzle wet. If you need everything wet, just adjust the duration of the spray with the timer. If you still find that 1 nozzle is not enough, adding another misting assembly is extremely easy
