OK so I am about to order a mistking kit and looking at the starter kit, it comes with a smaller pump than the standard MKP-125-50, there is a option to upgrade it to the MKP-125-100 is there any need to do this? What is the difference?
I only have one cham and most I'd look at having is 3 I would think is the upgrade worth it or should I just save some money?
I'd be adding a extra nozzle so it runs 2 nozzles
Thanks

this is the misting system I have from mistking

not sure on the power cause it does not seem to show me
but i have one chameleon at the moment with 2 heads in her cage. Im gonna be upgrading to more chameleons soon and i'm more than sure I can put atleast 3 more cages with 2 nozzles making that 8 nozzles running off my 1 pump

Thats the more powerful pump, you can run 20 nozzles off it
Didn't know if its worth it for me though, just wanted to know if the spray is any worse or less pressured or whatever

I ordered the MistKing starter kit about 1 month ago.

I had a timer problem (defective) and Marty replaced it. The only problem I had was it taking so long to come in from Canada. I'm in Florida!

If you can find a local distributor, I'd go that route.

I LOVE THE SYSTEM as you can sdjust the spray head and add MORE down the road if you purchase additional Chams. A couple of fittings and a length of tubing and you are in business!

The motor is so quite you can't hardly tell the pump is running...and it will run DRY with no pump burnout!

I didn't purchase the anti-drip solenoid kit and only have a drip or two drop after the pump shuts down. I see no need for that extra purchase.

I use a 3-gallon rubbermaid container and have it hidden underneath an entertainment center. 3 gallons of water lasts a LONG TIME with a fine mist. I mist 4 times a day for 2 minute cycles.

I also have the HABBA System for my outside enclosure, They are cheap, run on "C" cell batteries and it makes a great back-up system if we lose power for any length of time. They are LOUD when the pump kicks on.

I'm from UK so might take a looking time haha
Is that the green pump?

The starter system pump is able to run upto * nozzles and I have done so without any issues. I also have to bigger pump and it is awsome too :)
If you are just doing 1 cage the starter system will do ya great :D

mistking starter pump runs 10 nozzles I have 6 on it so far no problem.

great, I'll be ordering it tonight, is all I need for another nozzle a "t" nozzle? So u can run 2 nozzles in there? Thanks for the info guys

yeah a t fitting you can get them at lowes or home depot as well as the hose btw. Unless your enclosure is bigger than 2x2x4 you will only need 1 nozzle. If placed properly it will cover most of the enclosure and not saturate the screens and spray out of the enclosure. But 2 nozzles would be alot of water/mist to handle.

Oh lol I'll just use one nozzle then. He's in a 2x2x4 zoomed cage

If you are in uk there is a web site about to stock mistking. Check out junglefrog .co.uk. You could email Mark to ask when they will be avalable. Might save on postage.

Yeh there's 10% discount at mistking website and it works out at £99 delivered which isn't bad i don't think, I'll check out that site though

Where would you suggest placing it out of interest?

I like to have my plants im place then come thru the corner brace with some line and use wire tie thru top screen. I then can place the nozzle at the end of the line where it covers mostly plants and does not simply collect on the screen. So where to place is dependent on your setup.
