I am very disappointed and not sure what happened. It is hard to get customer assistance from mistking due to them only communicating through e-mail...therefore...i'm hoping I can receive some assistance from this awesome group!
I received my mistking starter kit last week and it was working, but I noticed that when my humidity was low the mist system would not kick in. Also, when we first assembled the kit, the pump was humming (meaning that it was functioning) and the zip drip was warm to touch. So, I knew it was working because it was misting. Now, the pump is not humming and the zip drip is not warm to touch...also, i haven't noticed much misting going on w/i the last several days (I've been hand misting bottles 3 times daily). I want to make sure that I can correct this. If anyone could please help me I'd great appreciate it. I am a nurse, so I work whole days sometimes and I want to make sure my baby gets proper hydration and humidity. Thank you in advance for all that help.
