Mistking company in transition?

I recently purchased a mistking system on Wednesday of last week. I have not received any shipping information yet. I went to their Facebook page and their status said that they are still down. Does anybody know anything about this?

I dont know, but it took over 2 weeks to receive some parts I ordered from them, and I never got an email, not even to confirm the order.
Maybe backorder, but I was never told.

Not everyone sends customers emails, esp. really small companies like mistking.

I got a box from them about three weeks ago. Several of the items were backordered, so they didn't ship until everything was available and boxed, ready-to-go.

I emailed so hopefully they'll tell me something. If not I'm just going to get my money back and order through a US company that stocks mistking.

Mine took more than a month to come in, but I also knew there was a backordered part, so expected the long shipping delay. Buying from someone like LLLReptile is great if you do not want to customize the system. I did not want some of the parts that come standard from MistKing, so I did not want to order from LLLReptile.

I exchanged emails with the owner yesterday and he was busy working on the website and preparing orders.

Thanks Brad for the support. We were moving to a new hosting company and we were down for a few days since MistKing is linked to another account that was giving us problems. After the move e-mail was misconfigured on host end, rejecting most of the mail - sigh! We're back online and solid right now.

Yes, we sold our of an item that was crucial in systems and were backordered for a bit (there was a large banner about it on the website and anyone who ordered a system automatically got free shipping as a thank you for their patience) and to make matters even worse, had a death in the immediate family that derailed life in general. In other words, was crap and turbulent for a bit for us.

We're back online, so no worries.
