Thanks Brad for the support. We were moving to a new hosting company and we were down for a few days since MistKing is linked to another account that was giving us problems. After the move e-mail was misconfigured on host end, rejecting most of the mail - sigh! We're back online and solid right now.
Yes, we sold our of an item that was crucial in systems and were backordered for a bit (there was a large banner about it on the website and anyone who ordered a system automatically got free shipping as a thank you for their patience) and to make matters even worse, had a death in the immediate family that derailed life in general. In other words, was crap and turbulent for a bit for us.
We're back online, so no worries.
