If it's above 60% without misting, and you have a dripper, then I wouldn't think you'd need to be misting all the time. The really important thing is: is your chameleon drinking? While misting increases humidity, it's equally valuable for its ability to stimulate chameleons to drink. Some really need a good shower to get in the mood. However, if yours can stay well hydrated without that, extra mistings aren't necessary.
Frankly, you want that cage to dry out some and with 60% natural humidity that's not going to happen if you're misting many times a day.
