how many times do I mist a chameleon a day ? and do I have to mist him in the night too ?

Welcome to the forums. I assume you have a veiled chameleon? If so and if you keep him inside and if he's young, I'd recommend three good long mistings a day along with a dripper going for about an hour after each misting. Misting get them in the mood to drink and having the dripper going give them time to drink after a misting. Chameleons are very slow animals. No misting at night. 3-5 times a day. Droppers are good too if you can start one each day.
