hey guys! I was just curious about a DIY misting system. Can you use an aquarium pump head to use as a misting pump? I saw one at Walmart and was wondering if it has enough pressure to use as a mister?

An aquarium pump head should be enough to run a soaker hose but not a mister. Depending on what the impeller housing output measures 3/8 id tubing to 3/8 soaker hose would work. But, you'll need a pressure relief back to the water supply if it's just 1 cage I'm sure.
The linked diy system is basically the same as I'm using. My pump is different and I've since started changing out my mist heads for ones that can be taken apart to be cleaned easier. If you're not wanting to spend the money for a climist or mist king it's a decent way to go.
