Misting questions plz help anyone

Hello everyone.
I have a question(s) about misting. How many times a day. and when i do mist water is at room temp. and when i spray the chams cage and cham she gets polka dotted. shes a veiled cham born on july 7 07 around then. about 3.5 mos 4 mos. but how do i spray cage directly on cham and plnats or what? thank you for any help

umm i mist him no less than twice a day (but 3 times a day seems to be a good idea).
if you gonna spray him directly, just be gentle.. some chameleon hates that.

Before I got my misting system I used HOT water to spray. It came out warm so when I misted the chams it wasnt such a shock. They got used to it after a while. I misted three times a day sometimes more if I could.

I use promist. Mist 4x a day for 10 min's each time. Plus use the big dripper and occasional hand misting 3-4x per week. My jacksons has gotten used to room temp and straight bath water temps. But he loves warm water sessions in the morning.

It's cool to see them routinely go to the heavy misting spots during the day. Great biological clocks!
