Misting Cycles?

My timers are:
Lights on 7:10am
1st misting 7:45am-2mins
2nd misting 11:30am 2mins
3rd misting 2pm 2 mins
4th misting 4pm 2mins
5th misting 6:30pm 2mins
Lights off 7:30pm

I wonder why Marty did not include one in the kit? Seams like a needed item to make the system run more efficiently.

I really like the solution Marty came up with. If you elevate the valve it should keep the water in the line. If you install it low I think the water will work its way out of the line.

Indeed, I must have overlooked this post the past few days. I will take a closer look at the diagram provided and see what I can do!

there are concerns with warming the water and building up bacteria... I forget who it was but someone used a tank full of water to warm coils of tubing inside of the tank... thus heating the water passing through the tubing.

Our schedule is as follows for all 11 cages:

7:00am lights on
8:30am - 7 min
11:30am - 7 min
2:30pm - 7 min
5:30 pm - 7min
7:15 pm lights off

The 11:30 and 2:30 mistings will be bumped up to at least 10 min as it starts to get hotter here in NV
