Misting Chameleons

I was just wondering when it says to mist your chameleons should you use warm, room temp, or cold water?

Depends, if it's cold in your house and your Cham is cold, use warm. If it's normal use room temperature, and if your chameleon is like way over heating use cool, not freezing cold but cool water

Well it is about 70 in my house and about 78 in his cage I am just new to the chameleon game so I dont want to do anything that could harm him in any way... thanks for the response

Is he a jacksons? If so use room temp water
