misting at night?

So i was wondering.....should i be misting when the lights are out and my chameleon is sleeping? or should i keep it dry during the night?
and how do you know when you have misted enough for that period, will there be water drops falling from leaves?

The cage should be dry at night and dry between each misting. Your last misting should be 2 to 3 hours before lights out. I only mist twice a day on adult chams but I mist for a long time. Sometimes it take several minutes for them to start drinking and then they might drink for several more minutes. I also use a dripper.
