After 4 or 5 months, I say "hose 'em down"!
I don't do excessive mistings ...but when I do the chams get good and wet.
They need to clean their eyes and it may stimulate them to drink as well.
You don't want to do it with little babies tho ... for fear they may aspirate

Howdy,
Like Brad said, it is good to let them get wet to clean their eyes as well as drink directly/indirectly from the warmed misted water. I start these automated, twice a day, 20 minute sessions the day they hatch

It is also good to give them a shower. Just place them in the shower on a plant and let the water bounce off of the side of the shower on to the plant. Do not let the water hit them directly from the shower head. Leave them in there for about 30 minutes.
