ok so i finally found a supplier who sells them.
i really dont know much about mistking so i need some advice.
i was thinking to get a starter mistking sistem and a timer .

i am planing to use this for 2 cages atm but soon for 4 cages.
do i need extra tubing,nozzles ?

I'm not sure if the smaller pump will do four nozzles, if not you want the ultimate setup witch comes with three nozzles and 24foot tubing so you will want one extra nozzle and T peice

This Misting Kit includes:
Diaphragm pump with a 24V DC adapter
1/4" connectors on the pump
1 Value misting nozzles (see link: 1L )
Reservoir bulkhead with o-ring and plug
15 feet of 1/4" black opaque tubing ( link)

i was thinking to get this with the optional timer and stronger pump .
but for the moment this will do for 2 cages right?

Well you will want an extra nozzle and t peice but I would buy the ultimate setup that way when you wan to run it on four set ups you don't need to but another pump, it will save you money in the long run
