Mist King

Helll, I'm getting a mist king system and I was wondering if I needed to order anything special to go with it or if everything included is good enough to have it run on a dailie cycle.

It pretty much has everything included. Some will say get the tube cutter, because you will need it if you need to cut the tubing shorter. I just left mine as is and don't have a problem with it. I ordered the rain nozzle, but you don't need it.

Speaking of that tube cutter, I just ordered it. Between making the cuts for 2x dual nozzles, and the zipdrip, etc...Used a brand new razor blade that goes thru like a hot knife thru butter but if the cut isn't perfectly flush, it'll leak from inside the fitting...it can be a pita. Also ordered extra tubing as the 15' wasn't enough for the return path for the zip drip.

You can get the tubing at just about any store that has a garden center, cheap, no shipping. Or anywhere that sells drip systems for the gardeners.

Stops the nozzles from dripping after the pump shuts off.

Is that more for larger pumps and multiple nozzles? I have not noticed an issue with my nozzle dripping after misting but I only have one.

Not sure. Says in their book that pressure left in the line after the pump shuts off can cause dripping and that the zipdrip eliminates it.

I forgot mine...wasn't happy with end results. lol They're a must!
