What is the right schedule?

It really depends on what type of chameleon you have, the humidity needed and how readily they drink. I have a Jackson and a panther and I mist 4 times a day.

Lights on 6:30

Mist 7:30 for 4 minutes

10:00 for 15 minutes

1:00 for 7 minutes

4:00 for 4 minutes

Lights off 6:30

It usually takes my guys a couple minutes to start drinking.

I mist 4 times a day as well, But for about 2 minutes at a time.

I have a medium Reptibreeze right now, and a Big Dripper that goes all day and my cham has all the humidity and water needed.

Yeah it really does depend. I dont use a dripper, just the misting system. I also dont have it set up as a mister, but as a rain system with two nozzels per cage. I do adjust the timing depending on hydration, or any other issues.

Exactly. I have my nozzles directly in the cage. And the entire cage except the basking spot gets a good hydration.

how much foliage is in there? do you have live plant(s) or fake one(s)?

Personally i would go 4 times a day for a minute and a half each time. gauge on how white your veileds urate is and adjust if its not pure white.

Your cage is the same size as mine and 2 minutes 4 times a day is more then enough.

I agree w Anvil. 1-2 nozzles per cage with 1-2 min 4x per day is more than enough. Doing more just likely to cause mold and risk of URI.

I have one nozzle set up with plenty of foliage. live and fake plants as well as a good drainage system too
