its really weird people say not to handle there chameleons very often but mine knows when its play time its adventure time and she turns bright green and only hisses at me if i put a cricket in then grab another one to put in her bowle i think she thinks im tring to steal her crickets lol

Dont take her out unless she walks out to you. Handle her once a week if she doesn't walk out onto you to check her grip/overall health. she could be turning light green because of the temp.
