Here is the Almighty Mills (Jr.). This man came from a bit of a rough neighborhood but since I took him in he has been living large and boy does he take advantage of it. He is pictured here partaking in one of his favorite hobbies... Eating...

Well they are extremely large.. my biggest melleri can eat some of the big adult male hissers, but if you have panthers (guessing from your avatar and signature) i think he would have to be a monster to take on a decent sized hisser.

Panthers should eat subadult hissers and recently molted ones, although I have never given any of my panthers any. Also, they have some spines on their back legs which could prove an issue but size appropriate hissers are great feeders.. very meaty!

Ah, just saw your new album. Awesome shots! I can see hissers being a really awesome feeder for Meller's or the other larger species (although the nymphs are a good size for panthers and veileds too), it's just too bad that they take so long to get to a good size.

Thank You! And yes, they really are awesome feeders but that is their drawback... they take forever to get up to a good size and they are slow to reproduce. I am sure the nymphs probably make up a good part of panther's diets in the wild.
