Middle Names

Anyone have a unique or interesting one? Or not one at all?

Mine is J'orne... It's French, but I don't think it means anything. (it's pronounced: jor-nay)

Mine is Jane, but my Dad spelt it wrong when he registered me - it should have been spelt Jayne!

Mine is Erika, which isn't particularly odd except my first name is Heather - the plant heather is in the plant family Ericaceae, and there is an actual scientific name Heather erica for one species (it might no longer be a valid name; there've been some nomenclatural shifts). My mother insists she did not know this.

My middle name is Malory, after Thomas Malory who wrote the modern version of King Arthur...my dad's an english prof..

Root of the surname means unlucky/unfortunate...and it's a girl's first name as well. Much to discuss with my therapist!

Well, I'm right there with you. "Lynn". My parents had absolutely no creativity when it came to our names. And not to mention that there are 3 Julie Lynn tenBensel's in our family.... Nice.

Mine is "Marie". Another one that goes in the "no creativity when it came to our names" category

That spelling is correct...if your an American When I am in trouble from mom I become Amy Jane but Jane is not my middle name, it's a mom thing I guess.

When I am in her good gracies it becomes amos marias angelianus ambrose...again none of those are my legal name.

I like the name Darius. There is Darius Rucker from Hootie and Blow Fish fame. He is now singing country...YES! As far as being a little terrorist, that is not what your mother told me.

Technically I have two since my parents named me with four names (including last name), but I usually just say that I have two first names instead of two middle names. It makes filling out paper work a looooot easier.
