Microscope for fecal tests

What would be a good microscope to get for doing my own fecal tests?? Dont wanna spend to much, but would like one that is gonna show what needs to be seen.....

dave weldon is the cf's foremost authority on the subject and he recomends the amscope trinocular T 490-A available from ebay seller "precision world" for a buy it now price of $263 or less at auction (current ebay item #400035981150) you can get essentially the same microscope in binocular form for about $ 100 less, however the trinocular is a much better scope for photomicography, which allows you to share images online with other cf members or a vet if you can find one willing to do that, there are similar more powerful microscopes (40-2000x) on ebay in the same price range but stick with 40-1600x you will get a better field of view, another microscope that warrants investigation is the celestron 44340 with low res lcd viewer, but has a built in cam that takes high res pictures,and is available from walmart online for $179 delivered, you can get cheesy microscopes on ebay for as low as $40

I settled for a binocular one with USB camera from Amscope ( precison world ) Dave Weldon posted a detailed account of doing your own fecals and the supplies. I did luck out and find a vet nice enough to get me some of the supplies at his cost.
