She's been shedding for nearly 3weeks now and she really aint happy about it, bless her. She started with her crest then her front legs, the next day she started on her back legs. she's now in the middle of shedding her face body and tail only little bits are coming off tho even tho i can see the old skin on top of her new skin it seems to be taken forever. Is there anyway i can help her get it off or at least make it easier for her? I know i can't pull it off i just wanna help her. This is the first time its taken so long.

How old is she? - The bigger ones take longer, and my 4+ year old panther would start to shed here, look kind of ashy for a couple weeks, then finish shedding that part and start to shed somewhere else, so it almost seemed like he never stopped. Keeping up the humidity does help; maybe if she hates being misted directly you can still have a humidifier going in her general vicinity to keep up the overall moisture.

You need to check your humidity in her enclosure. Even an adult should shed in no more than a cpl of days at most. She need a long warm shower and keep misting her until she finishes this shed. In order to help her on future sheds make sure her enclosure has a rh of at least 50% minimum. Mine usually stay between 60% -70% all day.

i agree with everyone, bad humidity levels have been known to ripp nails, toes, or disfigure a reptile while in the process of sheddings, ive seen this common with iguanas, water dragons, even crested geckos. so do as the keepers have said, warm showers and good humidity sprayings, this shouldnt exceed more than a couple days, they can get respitory infections if the dry out isnt given, so try and get this done very quickly

Her humidity is 75%

She's 7 and a half months old. I'm gonna give her another long warm mist, her humidity is 75% so i don't see that as the problem. I always give her viv a good mist with warm water 3 times a day.

Are you using a digital hygrometer? If your using one of the stick on analog ones it probably is giving a false reading. (which is very common) The most common reason for shedding issues is low huimidity/dry air. If that isnt causing this problem then a vet trip is in order asap.
