Mia got freaked out by a spoon

I was sitting with Mia while having a yummy bowl of ice cream, she was fine until i went to put the spoon near my mouth. She puffed up and got black spots. I had to put my ice cream down, she was fine after that. When she decided to go back in her viv i was left with a bowl of melted ice cream. Thanks Mia

Well, maybe not scaredof per se, but reactive to. Basically anything shiny like chrome appliance kick panels, mirrors, windows when the light angle is just right, camera lenses, metal pans or dishes. She may have caught a distorted view of herself in the spoon.

I don't think she saw herself in the spoon because sometimes when im getting ready she sits on my shoulder and looks in the mirror. She doesn't get scared or anything. If she did i wouldn't allow her to see her reflection in the mirror.

My boy is scared of the hair dryer. Not the sound... just when I am walking it by his cage. Also, right not he is quite scared of the new vine in his cage.

my chameleon is afraid of anything red or orange. i wrap my head in a red towel after i shower and she always gives me a funny look! i also have a hamster dripper that has a turquoise cap and both veileds i've had hated that thing.

Tommy puffed up and got black spots yesterday - I was putting a chamois leather back in it's tube and he decided he didn't like it, lol! Also when Amy was tiny I was hand feeding her and moved my thumb to fast and she freaked out! She did the rocking, puffing up and even the karate chop hand - the full works, lol!!
