Yeah, you are going to want to add a lot more vines, live plants, and other climbing aids. Ideally, you want the highest point to be 6-9 inches below the basking lamp. Because your chameleon is young he will need some more ample hiding spots. Adding more plants will also create more opportunities for water drops to form keeping your friend hydrated. Great start though!

id suggest adding a pothos plant , they are hardy and don't require special grow lights .

They grow like weeds with just the uvb light and heat bulb .
