Mellers eye question

Looking at my mellers it seems one of his eyes
Seem to be puffy around the socket?

I notice when he's upside down it gets puffy in both eyes
But when he turns around it will go back to normal.

Today it seems one eye is puffy and didn't
Go back to normal

Please help?

Take him in and have him checked for a bacterial infection. My meller and my veiled had one puffy eye they did a swab and culture to find an infection that needed antibiotics and with mellers it is not good to wait to long if you see a potential problem
