Meet Oscar

[Darkskyreptiles]

This is one of of two rescue veiled chameleons here at Dark Sky Reptiles. His name is Oscar because he’s a grouch! I have over 15 years of experience with reptiles and other exotics animals. Chameleons have been quite the learning curve and with the help of @Beman lately I’m starting to feel more confident in providing adequate living situations for these amazing creatures to thrive in!

I adopted Carmelo October 2022 and let me tell you, I don't know who has benefited most from CF, Me or Carmelo. Our Crested Gekco Billy died. I saw Carmelo for adoption. Without researching Chameleons, I jumped in head first. Adopted Carmelo and hit a brick wall. CF has helped remove the bricks one at a time.

Happy to see you here! The OP @Darkskyreptiles runs a reptile rescue here in Flagstaff, AZ. I had the pleasure of meeting him when I gave him some dubia that were far too large for Beman.
So if anyone is looking into adopting and lives in AZ area check him out first and see if he has something that you are looking for.

@Beman is the woman. I've learned so much from her and a lot of other members here too many to name. "Chameleon forums" is one of the best places to get help and knowledge in my humble opinion They get in my book.
