Is it okay to feed my Veiled mealworms

Sometimes.

They are great if fed a nutritious diet and used as one part of a variety of insects offered to your chameleon. I breed my own mealworms and feed them to my chameleons about 1 meal per week.

Any dry stuff you would feed crickets or roaches is good. Plus a little fresh fruits and veggies.
