A while back on a thread someone posted about making a chameleon carrot cake i posted how lucky this person was to have someone to bake them a cake cause the person im with is a monster. Well boca jann i took your advice the chams leave today then my furniture etc leaves tomorrow yipee im free but im sick because she has two kids that i just love like they were my own. I dont have any myself so these were my first and in the three years i have become so attached to them they were half the reason i put up with crap so long.anyway. well im gonna move in with my dad till i get stuff together i have over 30 chams so im lucky my dad has offered to let me use his two car garrage i will pay electric while im there anyway thanks for the advice BOCA JANN greener pastures here i come!!!!!!!!!!!

Congradulations! Good luck finding a place to house 30 chams and hats off to Dad for allowing you to use his garage. I hope it is heated because Delaware can get pretty cold so I heard.

Good luck in your NEW life....as they say one door closes and another opens. Some people say it is trite, but I agree whole heartedly. I also have said to myself on many occassions, this too shall pass.

grats man, i learned a while ago, don't stay were you ain't happy. its gonna suck for a while, but in a few weeks you will be better off, also NEVER ever GO back, it makes you look weak and she will trample all over you.

It IS hard to cut someone, even an unpleasant someone, out of your life when that also means leaving those attached to them who you actually liked. The hardest step has been taken. Things will eventually get better.

Perhaps the "monster" will allow you to visit (even babysit while she is not there?) the kids a few times over the next couple of months, to allow you and them to transition more gently? If they are old enough and will miss you, maybe an email address to stay in contact?

Cant say it any better. Im sure a lot of us can relate. It is a decision with very mixed feelings. I dated a girl 4or so years who I thought to be the one and then all of a sudden it was done. We are still friends but we just werent happy with each other anymore. I dont have any kids or never dated anyone with them but I do have a niece and know how attatched you can get to them.

Im glad you found someone to watch your chams while you get back on your feet. You are a little ways away from me but not too far. If by any chance you need someone to watch over a few (not 30) I would be willing. I am a good chamsitter and you would be assured to have them in good hands.
