Yes it does look like MBD. You can take her to the vet and get some liquid calcium.

Hi, Nicki! Welcome to the board. I sincerely hope you stick around. As Karma has said, that looks like MBD.
While the damage caused by MBD can never be fixed, your chameleon can go on to have a good life and be a good pet for you. There are many inspiring stories on this board of chameleons who were in equally, if not worse, shape. I'll try to find some for you tomorrow.

Thanks guys I feel terrible for what I have done to the little girl 
they should really put a warning on those lights why would they put something that blocks out UVB on a UVB light I don't get it I will be going out today and getting some calcium gluconate at my local drug store and setup a outdoor pin for her in the day time

Um I did do research plenty of it before I got her I followed the instructions with the light I never knew it blocked UVB ok? I didn't harm my chameleon on purpose

When someone comes here for help we want to encourage them to come back.comments like above are not helpful. Most Of us know the guilt we feel when our husbandry goes wrong. It's a good thing when it is recognised and help is asked for and things are changed.

Hi and welcome to the forum! You have come to the right place for helpful info.
If your baby does have MBD, and it looks like it does, then I recommend a vet visit. The vet can determine how advanced the case is and tell you the right amounts/kinds of calcium to give. If possible, the shots of calcium the vet gives (or can even teach you to give) can make the recovery process alot shorter and more successful. I found that the vet was invaluable for my own peace of mind as well as for the health of my cham.
There are lots of things than can contribute to the cause of MBD. Besides not enough UVB, calcium and D3 supplements, gutloading of the feeders and the overall diet of your cham can make a huge difference in them getting and recovering from MBD. It will really help if you cut, paste, and fill out the following info:
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?
Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
Pictures are helpful
Make a copy of this filled out form to take with you to the vet too. It will save some time in the visit because a good vet will end up asking for most of the same info and if you have it ready for them, they can spend more of their time on the exam/treatment rather than gathering info. It will also help answer alot of the questions everybody will be asking when trying to help you on here.
