MBD question

I think this might be a ridiculous question but here it is anyway... MBD curvature of the spine... is that a permanent thing or can it change. I noticing Diego's spine looked curved much more kinda like an "S" look. I'm not so sure if it's the way he's walking/ moving or sometimes sleeping but it seems to happen a lot lately. He can straighten it out though... It's puzzling. I was told before he was poss on verge of MBD by a vet from blood test (cal to phos ratio was 1:1 and not 1:2).. could this be the start???
I've been tosses this idea in my head of hmmm... could this be a being red flag sign of it for sure happening AND if so can I stop it from permanently happening? I did give him some oral Calcium yesterday and since I have some left over from vet I'm thinking of giving it to him daily for a bit as prescribe previously by the vet.

Anyone not familiar with Diego and wants to see the "how to get help form" & recent health issue you can see it in my previous thread https://www.chameleonforums.com/help-not-eating-many-months-now-64475/. I try to keep Diego's updates there and not start new threads about the same health issues so it's a pretty long thread, but this I thought deserves it's own thread.

Thanks!!!!!!!

I am not sure about the curvature of the spine, but I do know that MBD is not curable but you can prevent it from progressing and that with proper care chameleons can show improvement.

Thanks.. I'm sure trying my best.

I don't know how old Diego is, so maybe this isn't applicable, but there was a thread here about a chameleon with an "S Curve" spine just recently.

Here's the link: https://www.chameleonforums.com/male-baby-back-problem-64200/

Here's a picture of the chameleon in the first post:

I saw that poor fellow.. thank goodness it just disappeared!!! No.. Diego's isn't like that, not indented in just curved. I have a pic but on my "real" camera not cell phone pic, so it will take a few days to get in here but like I said it's occasional just way more then I would think is usual. The last pics I posted in my link above is from today.. I got some on my real camera with his spine curved and on the cell pics his spine was straight. I will post pic when I can. It literally just looks like this "~".
